  • Restricted discharge from site (100 l/s)
  • 1500cu.m attenuation required
  • Perched water table
  • Rainwater Harvesting to both school buildings
  • Poor ground conditions (CBR circa 2% and landfill)
  • Gas protection required to all buildings
  • Gas migration protection required to bordering residential properties
  • BREEAM ‘Excellent’ standard required
  • Very tight construction programme
